Main Problems Rearing, nutrition Until now 2 research ostrich farms were established in Al- Azhar and Shebin El-Koam Universities which represents the nucleus of research farms for different experiments on nutrition, meat quality, factors affecting fertility and hatchability, genetics, anatomy and preventive medicine against different diseases.
